Setup

1. Open Smart Load Balancing, pick a router, then Configure.
2. Click ports for each line. Set speeds. Choose Load balance and/or Failover.
3. Click Apply. Turn it off with Disable.

Modes

• Load balance — share traffic by the downlink Mbps you set.
• Failover — use a backup line if the main one goes down.
• Both — share when lines are up, fail over when one is not.

SMS alerts

Turn on SMS link alerts to get a text when a line goes up or down. Uses your organization SMS settings. SMS & Notifications

Notes

• 2–4 internet ports. Router must be online.
• Turn off Free Access on that router first.
• Do not pick customer WiFi ports as WAN.
