Welcome to NettPortal
Thanks for choosing NettPortal! We're an internet service provider management platform that helps you run your ISP or hotspot business more efficiently. By signing up and using our platform, you're agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.
If you don't agree with any part of these terms, you shouldn't use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time, and we'll let you know when we do.
1. What NettPortal Does
NettPortal is a complete business management system designed specifically for internet service providers and hotspot businesses. Here's what we offer:
- Organization Dashboard: A central place where you can see all your business metrics, revenue, customer stats, and more in real-time.
- Router Management: Manage all your routers remotely without having to visit each location. Configure settings, monitor status, and troubleshoot issues from your dashboard.
- Customer Management: Keep track of all your customers, their accounts, usage history, and payment information in one place.
- Voucher System: Create and sell internet vouchers to your customers. They can purchase vouchers, and their accounts get activated automatically.
- Package Management: Set up different internet packages with different speeds, data limits, and pricing. Customers can choose what works for them.
- Payment Processing: Accept payments through multiple methods including mobile money, bank transfers, and other local payment options.
- Customer Dashboard: Your customers get their own portal where they can check their usage, buy vouchers, see their data balance, and manage their accounts.
- Landing Page Builder: Create professional websites for your business using our drag-and-drop editor. No coding needed.
- Employee Management: Add team members, assign tasks, and control what they can access in your system.
- Analytics & Reports: Get detailed insights into your business performance, revenue trends, customer behavior, and more.
- Support System: Built-in ticketing system for customer support and internal communication.
We're constantly adding new features and improvements based on feedback from businesses like yours.
2. Creating Your Account
To use NettPortal, you need to create an account. When you sign up, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your business, including your organization name, contact details, and any other required information.
- Keep your account information up to date. If anything changes, let us know.
- Keep your login credentials secure. Don't share your password with anyone, and if you think someone else has access to your account, change your password immediately.
- Be responsible for everything that happens under your account. If someone uses your account (authorized or not), you're responsible for their actions.
- Only create one account per business. If you need multiple accounts for different businesses, contact us.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
3. Pricing and Payment
Our pricing is simple and transparent:
We charge 4% of your monthly revenue
This means you only pay us based on how much money you make. If you make more, we make more. If you make less, you pay less. It's that simple.
Here's how it works:
- What counts as revenue: All payments you receive through the platform - voucher sales, package purchases, customer payments, everything.
- When we calculate: At the end of each month, we calculate 4% of your total revenue for that month.
- When you pay: Payment is due within 7 days after the month ends. We'll send you an invoice with all the details.
- Payment methods: You can pay via bank transfer, mobile money, or other payment methods we support in your region.
- Late payments: If payment is overdue, we may suspend your account until payment is received. We'll always try to work with you if you're having payment issues.
- No hidden fees: The 4% is all you pay. No setup fees, no monthly subscriptions, no per-user charges, nothing else.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing in the future, but we'll give you at least 30 days notice before any changes take effect. If you don't agree with new pricing, you can cancel your account before the changes apply.
4. Service Availability and Uptime
We work hard to keep NettPortal running smoothly, but like any online service, things can go wrong sometimes:
- Uptime: We aim for 99.9% uptime, but we can't guarantee the service will always be available. Sometimes we need to do maintenance, fix bugs, or upgrade systems.
- Scheduled maintenance: We'll try to do maintenance during off-peak hours and give you advance notice when possible. Sometimes urgent fixes can't wait though.
- Unexpected downtime: Servers crash, networks go down, third-party services have issues - these things happen. We'll work to fix them as quickly as possible.
- Your internet connection: NettPortal is a web-based platform, so you need internet to use it. If your internet is down, you won't be able to access the platform, but that's not our fault.
- Third-party services: We use some third-party services (like payment processors, email services, etc.). If they have issues, it might affect parts of our platform.
We're not responsible for any losses you might experience due to downtime, but we'll always do our best to minimize disruptions and get things back up quickly.
5. Your Responsibilities
When you use NettPortal, you're responsible for:
- Your customers: You're responsible for your relationship with your customers. We provide the tools, but you handle customer service, disputes, refunds, and all that.
- Your routers: We help you manage routers, but you're responsible for buying them, installing them, maintaining them, and making sure they work properly.
- Your internet service: NettPortal is a management platform, not an ISP. You still need to provide actual internet service to your customers.
- Compliance: Make sure you're following all local laws and regulations related to running an ISP business, data protection, customer privacy, and everything else.
- Data accuracy: Keep your customer data, router information, and business details accurate and up to date in the system.
- Security: Use strong passwords, don't share your account, and report any security issues you notice.
- Backups: While we do our best to keep your data safe, it's always good practice to export important data regularly.
You're also responsible for making sure your employees (if you add any) follow these terms and use the platform appropriately.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use NettPortal only for legitimate business purposes. Here's what you cannot do:
- Use the platform for any illegal activities or to facilitate illegal activities.

- Use the platform in a way that violates any laws or regulations in your country.

We take data security seriously:
- Your data: All your business data, customer information, and everything you store in NettPortal belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of your data.
- Data storage: Your data is stored securely on our servers. We use industry-standard security measures, encryption, and regular backups.
- Data access: Only you and people you authorize (like employees you add) can access your data. We don't look at your data unless you ask us to for support purposes, or if there's a legal requirement.
- Data sharing: We don't sell your data to third parties. We don't share it with advertisers. We only use it to provide the service to you.
- Customer data: When you store customer information in our platform, you're responsible for making sure you have permission to collect and store that data according to privacy laws.
- Data export: You can export your data anytime. If you cancel your account, we'll give you time to export everything before we delete it.
- Data deletion: If you want to delete your account, we'll delete your data according to our data retention policy. Some data might be kept for legal or accounting purposes for a limited time.
For more details about how we handle data, check out our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
Here's who owns what:
- NettPortal platform: All the code, design, features, logos, and everything that makes up NettPortal is owned by us. You're getting a license to use it, not ownership of it.
- Your content: Your business name, logo, customer data, content you create - that's all yours. We don't claim any rights to your content.
- Landing pages: When you create a landing page using our builder, you own the content you create, but you're using our platform to host and display it.
- Feedback: If you give us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about improving the platform, we can use those ideas without paying you. We appreciate feedback though!
You can't copy our platform, reverse engineer it, or try to build a competing service using our code or ideas.
9. Canceling Your Account
You can cancel your account anytime:
- How to cancel: Contact us through the support system or email, and we'll help you cancel your account.
- Outstanding payments: You still need to pay any outstanding fees before we can fully close your account.
- Data export: We'll give you time to export all your data before we delete it permanently.
- No refunds: We don't offer refunds for fees already paid, but you won't be charged for future months after cancellation.
We can also suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these terms or our acceptable use policy.
- You don't pay your fees for an extended period.
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
- You try to harm our platform or other users.
- We're required to by law or court order.
We'll usually give you a warning first, but serious violations can result in immediate termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
Let's be clear about what we're responsible for:
- Service as-is: We provide NettPortal "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee it will be perfect, error-free, or meet all your specific needs.
- No guarantees: We don't guarantee that using NettPortal will increase your revenue, attract more customers, or solve all your business problems. It's a tool - how you use it is up to you.
- Your business decisions: You're responsible for your business decisions. We're not liable if you make bad pricing decisions, lose customers, or face other business challenges.
- Third-party services: We integrate with payment processors, email services, and other third parties. If they have issues, we're not responsible for that.
- Data loss: While we do backups, we're not liable for data loss. Always keep your own backups of important information.
- Maximum liability: If something goes wrong and we're found liable, our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
This doesn't mean we won't try to help if something goes wrong - we will. But legally, our liability is limited.
11. Changes to These Terms
We might update these terms from time to time. When we do:
- We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
- For significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through the platform.
